Frontline Leadership - Team Events: Belbin Workshop

Course Description

This highly interactive workshop uses Belbin to enable teams to work together more effectively and increase performance and working relationships. Have you ever wondered why some teams just seem to work and others hit the rocks? In 1970s Dr Meredith Belbin and his team identified the different behaviours that people use in teams and the specific team roles that they adopt. They discovered that success or failure for a team were not dependent on factors such as intellect, but on how people behaved. The model helps teams understand and appreciate the different roles that individual members play.  Identifying these roles enables strengths and gaps to be identified so that teams can work together more effectively and increase performance and working relationships.

Audience

This includes newly formed teams as well as existing teams who have gone through recent change and teams who would like to work together more effectively by appreciating the different roles and strengths individual team members bring.
